Return/Refund Policy

ORLive, Inc. is committed to customer satisfaction. However, due to the digital nature of the webcast sessions sold, refunds are not available and all sales are final.

Due to the complexity of the Internet and the diversity of bandwidth limitations and Internet Service Providers (ISPs) associated with our viewers, there will be those who continue to have difficulty receiving a consistent, uninterrupted streaming webcast. We have made every effort possible to build our technology around existing Internet limitations, while maintaining a quality streaming webcast. However, limitations regarding bandwidth, web browsers, Internet Service Providers and web congestion, are not in our control. We strongly recommend that viewers test their personal computer here prior to purchasing a webcast session. In the event that your webcast session is interrupted, you will have the opportunity to view an archived version of the webcast session at any time following the original broadcast date.

Cancellation Policy

If you have a conflict and are unable to view the webcast on the original broadcast date, the purchase of the webcast session allows you to view an archived version at any time following the original broadcast date.

Delivery Policy

November 9th & 10th, purchasers will have access to the live webcast sessions upon receipt of payment. Archived versions will be available shortly after completion of the live broadcast.
