Dr. Richard Rhodes is an orthopedic surgeon specializing in total joints, sports medicine and orthopedic trauma. He went to medical school at the Autonomous University of Guadalahara, completed his residency at the University of Tennessee, Chattanooga and is board certified by the American Board of Orthopedic Surgery. He is a long standing member of the Halifax Health medical staff and has been serving the Daytona Beach Community for many years. Focused on research and finding new ways to find the next generation of treatments for orthopedic conditions, Dr. Rhodes participates in clinical trials. The latest is a study pertaining to chili peppers as a catalyst for pain relief.
