Mark Puder, MD, PhD is an Associate Professor of Surgery, Harvard Medical School and an Associate in Surgery at Children’s Hospital Boston. He is also a member of the multidisciplinary team with the Center for Advanced Intestinal Rehabilitation (CAIR). CAIR at Children’s Hospital Boston is one of the premier programs for the treatment of short bowel syndrome.
Dr. Puder's research focuses on the prevention and treatment of parenteral and enteral nutrition induced liver injury, studying the role of angiogenesis and organ regeneration, and the prevention of surgical adhesions.
