Dr. Piñon earned his medical degree from the University of Miami School of Medicine and completed his residency at University of Miami/Jackson Memorial Hospital. Board-certified by the American Board of Urology, he specializes in laparoscopic and robotic urologic surgery. Dr. Piñon is currently involved in clinical drug and medical device trials for patients with prostate cancer. He has been practicing privately for 20 years and is a member of the medical staffs at South Miami, Baptist and Doctors Hospitals. He is married with two children.
