Dr. Neschis joined the University of Maryland after completing vascular surgery training at the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania. During this training, he had extensive experience with endovascular interventions, particularly endovascular grafting for aortic aneurysms.

A graduate of the University of Rochester School of Medicine, Dr. Neschis completed both a residency in general surgery and a fellowship in vascular surgery at the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania.

His special interests include: Complex Aortic and Branch Aortic Repair, with Clinically Based research Interest in Study of Renal and Visceral Artery Atherosclerosis to Recovery of Renal Function in Ischemic Nephropathy; Aortic Endografts.
