Dr. Kluger is the Director of Heart Rhythm Management within the Division of Cardiology In this capacity, he has administrative and programmatic oversight for all aspects of the Heart Rhythm Management Program, including the Arrhythmia Service, non-invasive electrophysiology (EP) testing, interventional EP and device implantation, as well as primary responsibility for coordination of clinical outreach initiatives, research and education within this newly-formulated Heart Rhythm Management Service. Dr. Kluger, who has been a member of the full-time cardiology faculty at Hartford Hospital since 1980, will continue to work closely with Dr. Christopher Clyne, director of interventional electrophysiology, and Dr. Magdy Migeed, in interventional EP.
