Dr. Steven F. Harwin, an expert in hip and knee replacement and a design consultant for some of the world’s most popular implants and instruments used in hip and knee replacement surgery, is certified by the American Board of Orthopedic Surgery and fellowship trained in hip and knee surgery. He is also Director of the Bloodless Surgery Program at Beth Israel, and an Associate Professor of Orthopedic Surgery at the Albert Einstein College of Medicine.
Dr. Harwin is a member of the editorial board of several publications, including the Journal of Arthroplasty, Orthopedics and the Journal of Knee Surgery. He is a member of the American Association of Hip and Knee Surgeons, the American College of Sports Medicine and The American Academy of Orthopedic Surgery.
