Ramon V. Abuedo RNC is currently the Patient Care Director of the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit of the Morgan Stanley Children’s Hospital of NewYork-Presbyterian (MSCHONY). He received his BSN degree at the University of the City of Manila in 1978 and is currently an MBA/MSN/HCM student at the University of Phoenix. He joined MSCHONY in 1989 as a staff nurse. He has lectured extensively, nationally and internationally on Respiratory Care of the Neonate, and has written articles on the use of Continuous Positive Airway Pressure on newborns.
Mr. Abuedo served two terms as a Director at Large of the New York State Nurses Association and is currently a member of the National Association of Neonatal Nurses.
