The procedure was a laparoscopic supra cervical hysterectomy with BSO with possible colon resection resulting from stage-4 pelvic endometriosis.

The patient history includes the following: 40 W/F; chronic pelvic pain; (2) previous pelvic laparoscopies; dyspareunea (painful intercourse); dysmenorrheal (painful periods); and nuliparus uterus (no children).
