OR-Live grew out of Story Line Pictures, and later slp-3D, a successful traditional
broadcast production company co-founded by Emmy winning producers Ross
Joel and Peter Gailey in 1994. As the business grew and evolved, slp-3D
became known for their ability to produce quality healthcare
programming in a hospital setting. In 2001 slp-3D, introduced the
innovation of streaming live video from the operating room to the
internet – OR-Live was born. Today OR-Live is the internet destination
of choice for medical professionals, patients, and care givers for its
high quality live and on-demand clinical and surgical programming,
streaming over 23,000 hours of video to over 100,000 visitors each
month.
